The Intrex 1101 plus Labelling System is designed for standard wrap-around labeling of cylindrical products such as bottles, cans, and jars. It has a capacity of up to 60 products per minute and offers the flexibility of applying one full wraparound label or two labels (front and back).
The system is equipped with a central control panel and supports label heights up to 220 mm. For ease of use, it features quick format changeovers without the need for tools and supports the use of transparent labels. Additionally, the system is compatible with Ethernet for remote diagnostics and can integrate with optional TTO or Ink-Jet overprint systems.

The Intrex SET 1101+ comes with three label head options: Intrex 200+ 90 300, Intrex 200+ 160 300, and Intrex 200+ 220 300, offering maximum label widths of 90 mm, 160 mm, and 220 mm, respectively. The maximum label roll diameter is 300 mm, with an optional upgrade to 350 mm, and the label sensor is optical, with an ultrasonic option for transparent labels. The system can handle products with diameters ranging from 30 mm to 100 mm, with a maximum capacity of 60 products per minute.
The control system includes a B&R PLC with a 7″ full-color touchscreen, capable of storing up to 100 recipes. The system supports logins with different access levels and offers graphical help for control settings, machine log memory, and remote internet access for diagnostics. The conveyor is 100 mm wide and 1500 mm long, with optional modules such as orientation sensors, in-feed queue sensors, and low label sensors available.
