The cobot used in this system is the UR10e, capable of handling elements weighing up to 10 kg, depending on the item. The cobot column extension ranges from 0 to 600 mm, controlled by dedicated URCaps, and can achieve a maximum palletizer height of up to 2.1 meters from the ground. The cobot column can eject at speeds up to 3.5 m/min, facilitating efficient palletization. The system supports pallets with dimensions of 1200 x 1000 mm (or 1200 x 800 mm for EURO pallets by default).
Controlled by a PLC driver with an additional operator panel, the system includes various sensors and safety features, such as pallet sensors and safety scanners, to ensure safe operation. The power supply and air requirements include 230 VAC, 50 Hz, and 6 bar compressed air for the vacuum gripper.
