The Intrex labeling heads come in two models: Intrex 100+ 90 300 and Intrex 100+ 160 300. The 90 mm model is designed for a maximum label width of 90 mm, while the 160 mm model supports up to 160 mm. Both models feature a maximum label roll diameter of 300 mm, with an optional upgrade to 350 mm, and can accommodate thimbles of 40 mm or 76 mm. The label sensor is optical, with an optional sensor for transparent labels.

With a maximum capacity of up to 100 products per minute, the system is designed to label products with a diameter ranging from 30 to 100 mm. The Intrex Smart Panel, integrated with the labeling head, offers a memory capacity for up to 16 labeling programs, ensuring efficient operation. The system includes a belt conveyor with a width of 100 mm and a length of 1500 mm, as well as a foam side belt with a width of 90 mm and a length of 400 mm. The power supply required is 230 VAC, 50 Hz.
