The Intrex Set 2161 PLUS is specifically designed for labeling buckets and other heavy, conical-shaped products. This system features four downthrust rolls that precisely position and rotate even the heaviest buckets, ensuring accurate label application.
Additionally, the system is equipped with a bail lifting system, which removes obstacles from the labeling field, enhancing the overall efficiency of the labeling process.

The system is capable of handling large, wide-diameter objects and is equipped with a vacuum dispenser plate that allows for the precise application of labels on conical-shaped products. The label is aligned perfectly in line with the tag, ensuring consistent labeling results.
The INTREX SET 2161 PLUS offers maximum label web widths of 90, 160, or 220 mm, and can accommodate label rolls with diameters of up to 350 mm. The system supports optical and ultrasonic label sensors and is capable of labeling up to 40 pieces per minute.
It handles products with diameters ranging from 80 to 300 mm and includes a conveyor with a length of 2500 mm.
