The Intrex Set 1201 is designed for the application of labels on regular, dimensionally stable products such as boxes and multipacks, with a capacity of up to 100 products per minute. It can function as a standalone unit or integrate into an existing production line.
The system offers a variety of customizable conveyor belt dimensions to meet specific product or line requirements. Adjustable side rails provide precise product guidance, while the rigid and compact design ensures durability. The machine is based on a sturdy stainless steel frame equipped with castors for easy mobility.

The INTREX SET 1201 utilizes the INTREX 100+ labeling head, with an optional upgrade to the INTREX 200+. It supports a maximum label width of 90 mm and 160 mm (optional 220 mm). The system accommodates a maximum label roll diameter of 300 mm, which can be increased to 350 mm, with a 40 mm or 76 mm core diameter.
The label sensor is optical, with an optional ultrasonic sensor for transparent labels. The system’s power supply operates at 230 VAC, 50 Hz. The conveyor measures 100 mm in width and 1500 mm in length, adaptable to the product’s dimensions.
